The service provided by  the Youth Clubs have a strong social  character, aimed at using new technologies for the  solution of diverse demands and problems of Cuban society, which plays  a stimulating role in the social, cultural and spiritual life of the  Cuban  people.

The training on topics related to computing, communications, and electronics are the cornerstones of the work of our facilities. The courses with a length of 10 to 120 hours, all of them duly certified, include a wide variety of topics related to the basic elements to work on and operate with computers, design tools, programming, data base management and other, which includes not only proprietary platform but also open code platform. Such courses also comprise topics related to networking, electronic mail, basic electronics and digital electronics, microcomputer architecture and many other topics which widen the learning opportunities within the Youth Club. The content of the courses are structured in thematic plans and syllabus, which are constantly updated and improved, they could include different modalities such as face to face courses, blended learning courses and distance courses, the latter uses virtual learning environment with back up within the network. The computing work time allows users to  develop personal projects, practice their knowledge  with some computing tool, develop language skills, typing and some other  abilities, all of this using interactive platforms, aces to the network, games, videos or audio program etc, while carrying out  all of these  activities users  can be helped by our specialists.

The possibilities of knowledge and information management are articulated in different ways within the Youth Computing Clubs, which include 16 information centers all over the country that offer a wide variety of services, digital libraries, software banks, sessions for reflection   and exchange among other modalities, they all are options available where you can find the solution of your problem or at least a way to make viable such problem.
